Solace Life · Lifestyle coaching

A steadier weekstarts on purpose.

One-to-one coaching on the things that quietly run your days: routines, energy, focus, stress and the line between work and the rest of life. Practical, personal, and built around the week you actually have.

One person’s designed day. Yours will look different.

§ 01Who it’s for

Most people don’t need more discipline. They need a week that works.

  1. 01

    The busy professional

Long days, full calendar, energy that runs out by mid-afternoon. You want your evenings back without dropping the ball at work.

  2. 02

    Someone rebuilding a routine

A new job, a move, a new baby, a long stretch off track. The old rhythm is gone and the new one hasn’t formed yet.

  3. 03

    A team under pressure

Deadlines stacking up, people stretched thin, the same tired conversations about balance. You want something practical the whole team can use.

§ 02What changes

Same week. Different shape.

Coaching doesn’t add hours to your day. It changes where things sit in it — so focus gets protected time, movement has a place, and evenings stop being overflow.

  1. 1.

    Anchors before goals

A fixed wake time, a protected focus block, a real end to the working day. Small fixed points everything else can organise around.

  2. 2.

    Energy over willpower

We look at when your energy rises and falls, and put demanding work where it has the best chance.

  3. 3.

    Room for real life

Plans that survive a bad night, a sick child or a deadline week. If it only works on perfect days, it doesn’t work.

§ 04How sessions work

Short sessions. Small steps. Regular check-ins.

  1. Step 1

    Discovery call

A short, free conversation about where you are and what you’d like to change. No commitment.

  2. Step 2

    First session

We map your current week, your energy and your pressure points, and agree on one or two places to start.

  3. Step 3

    Between sessions

You try small, specific changes. Brief check-ins by message keep things moving between calls.

  4. Step 4

    Review and adjust

Each session looks at what held and what didn’t, then adjusts. Nothing is set in stone.
